Quality assurance:
1. Material
The generator’s stator and rotor are made of 800 silicon steel sheet from Wuhan steel.
The cooper wires’ brand is Superior Esssex.
The insulating materials’ brand is Elantas. The insulating materials are painted with the paint resin adhesive, vacuum insulating paint, mildew resistant paint and so on. The products are Elantas’s highest level epoxy E300, epoxy EIP5070 and solvent-type alkyd resin paint VA42.
2. First-class insulation technology
We use CNC vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) equipment. Through six steps such as preheating, 100KPa vacuum negative pressure eliminating air bubbles, 100KPa vacuum negative pressure firstly painting insulation paint, 450KPa positive pressure secondly painting deep insulation paint, 160 degrees constant temperature baking, the insulation grade is 500 MΩ-∞.
3. Strict production inspection
Large feedback type motor load test center of our factory will test all the operating index before the production. The key data and the temperature rise of the main coil will be strictly controlled. Each generator will be tested with load to ensure the 100% quality rate.
We have got the ISO900 and ISO14001 certification. And the products have got many certifications.
